In 1994, the board of directors hired Mark C. Bissell as the Executive Director of Orion House. Mr. Bissell has been working in the social services profession for almost twenty five years, and brings to this position, a wealth of expertise as a senior administrator, and a well established track record in the area of program development. In 1997, as the Chief Executive Officer of Orion House, Mark has been developing his vision of serving the children and families of New England through a blended treatment philosophy. This blended treatment approach integrates both sociological and psychologically orientated interventions into a single, cohesive and powerful treatment philosophy.
